I can screenshot it and see the same issue on my phone. I tried adjusting my monitor settings, and it just makes it washed out darkness which means there is an issue with how they're interacting with the GPU driver and setting shader values. I don't have an issue like this on any map for any other killer. And there's literally zero way to adjust it in game. I'm gonna try to set up Resharper on DBD because of it and override the fixed gamma values so I can get the 20' of vision I see some lucky few getting only using it when I see it's Dredge. The killer does usually has no reason to use the teleport, unless you do start gaining a bit of a headstart during the chase - So, be prepared for that.
